Tri Delta was founded by women for women, when our Founders bravely created a new organization that would “think more of a woman’s inner character than her outward appearance.” In Tri Delta, you are a unique and valuable part of the whole.

How recruitment works!

What to Expect:Recruitment is your chance to meet members, learn about our chapter, and discover where you feel most at home. Throughout the process, we encourage you to be yourself, ask questions, and enjoy getting to know the women who make up our Panhellenic community.Informal Recruitment:Before formal recruitment begins, we host two informal events. These events are a relaxed opportunity to meet our members, learn more about Gamma Pi, and experience our sisterhood in a casual setting. Come as you are, ask questions, and enjoy getting to know our chapter!Formal Recruitment:Formal recruitment takes place over three days, with each round offering a deeper look into what makes Gamma Pi special.Philanthropy Night:During Philanthropy Night, you will learn more about Tri Delta’s commitment to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and how our chapter works to support this important cause. You will also have the opportunity to meet more members and learn about the impact we make through service.Sisterhood Night:Sisterhood Night gives you a closer look at the connections that make Gamma Pi feel like home. You will learn more about our traditions, friendships, and the experiences that bring our sisters together.Preference Night:Preference Night is the final round of recruitment and is a more meaningful opportunity to reflect on the connections you have made throughout the week. This special evening allows you to learn more about our values and what it truly means to be a member of Gamma Pi.Bid Day:Bid Day is a celebration of new beginnings! If you receive a bid to Gamma Pi, you’ll officially begin your Tri Delta journey and join a sisterhood that will support you throughout college and beyond. We can’t wait to welcome our newest members and celebrate this exciting moment together.
